• PAN Card, MSME Certificate, and other identity documents
• Jan Aadhaar corrections and other utility services

Note: We are an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with any government department or university. We process applications on behalf of users on official government portals.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all forms and requests.
• Provide authentic and valid documents as required for the service you request.
• Pay the service charges as mentioned on our website (55% discount applies to students).
• Pay official government fees directly to the respective departments as applicable.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

4. Fees & Payments

Our service charges are clearly displayed on our website:

• Market Rate: The standard rate charged by physical E-Mitra shops.
• MyEServices Price: Our discounted rate – 55% less than market rate for students.
• Official Government Fees: These are separate and are paid directly to the respective government departments.

All payments for our services are processed securely through our verified payment partners (UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

5. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best service possible. However:

• Service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government portal.
• If we are unable to process your application due to incorrect information provided by you, a refund will not be issued.
• If an error occurs from our side, we will either reprocess your application or provide a full refund of service charges.
• Official government fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government departments.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services you request. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect only the information necessary to process your application.
• Your documents are stored only for the duration required to complete your request.
• After your application is processed, we permanently delete your documents from our chat history and internal systems.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyEServices.in and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
